Speed Enforcement on I-684 Nabs New Rochelle Man Driving with Stolen Plate
Only 24 of the 34 tickets issued during the event were for speeding, as it turned out.
New York State Police conducted a Speed Enforcement Detail on Interstate 684 in Westchester County Sept. 16.
As a result of the detail, 34 Uniform Traffic Tickets were issued—24 for speeding.
The State Police also arrested Mmoloki L. Maipelo, 29, of New Rochelle, NY, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree. After stopping him, police ran the plates and found out he was driving a vehicle bearing a stolen New Jersey license plate.

Maipelo was issued an Appearance Ticket and Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Bedford Court on Oct. 2.
