State Police: NYC Man, 19, Exposed Himself on a Bus
The incident is alleged to have occurred on I-95 in New Rochelle.

A 19-year-old Manhattan man, who was riding in a bus on I-95 on Saturday, Jan. 10, exposed himself and was arrested on misdemeanor charge of public lewdness.
Jonathan Torres was issued an Appearance Ticket to answer the charge in City of New Rochelle Court on Jan. 23.
State police said Torres and a person in the seat adjacent were passengers on a chartered bus when Torres is alleged to have exposed himself, which that passenger saw and subsequently filed a complaint.

The bus was traveling northbound on I-95 in New Rochelle at the time of the alleged incident.
