Suez Water Needs Community Members To Participate In Advisory Panel
Members must be water company customers and attend quarterly meetings.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The water company Suez is looking for customers to participate in its Customer Advisory Panel in Westchester County.
The panel consists of about 12 members who each serve a three-year term. Members must be Suez customers, attend quarterly meetings and provide feedback, comments and suggestions Each member is compensated $50 per meeting attended.
Meetings take place four times a year, typically in the evening, at the company’s office on Palmer Avenue in New Rochelle.

“The CAP helps us obtain feedback from customers on a variety of issues such as service, conservation and water quality,” Roberto Hernandez, manager of Suez operations in Westchester County.
He said the information gathered will improve service and communications.

Topics at meetings have included conservation programs, website revisions and theft of service issues.
Participants are also encouraged to discuss topics of interest to them or issues brought to their attended.
