Teen Accused Of Raping Victim Twice: NYSP

LAGRANGE, NY — An 18-year-old was arrested for raping someone twice. State police said the unnamed teenager was arrested May 20 and charged with two counts of first-degree rape, felonies.

Trooper were initially sent to Route 55 in the Town of LaGrange for a domestic dispute.

An investigation found the 18-year-old forcibly raped the victim on two separate occasions, police said.

The teen was arraigned in the Town of LaGrange Court and released to the custody of the Dutchess County Probation Department.

An order of protection was requested and granted on behalf of the victim by the court.

The teenager is next schedule to appear in court June 4.
