Jillian Ball, of Cutchogue, recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Education in Elementary Education at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina.
Ball was among more than 1,100 candidates for graduation at the university’s commencement exercises on Saturday, May 9, at the HTC Center.
Michael J. Gerson, a nationally syndicated political columnist and former aide to President George W. Bush, addressed the graduating class and received the honorary degree, Doctor of Humane Letters.
