The first Master Chef Challenge was an incredible hit so we are up for the challenge again this spring. Chef Tom Fazio will be joining us again to match wits against another amazing Long Island Chef, Executive Chef and owner of Amarelle restaurant in Wading River, Chef Lia Stanco Fallon! Watch as two of Long Island’s finest chefs battle it out over hot grills and steaming pots! The goal is to create THE perfect food pairing for our Waters Crest 2011 Dry Rosé! The “winner” will be determined by a food and wine industry panel of judges, but the truth is, everybody there will be a winner!
