Bedell Cellars Wine Dinner at The Jamesport Manor Inn

Bedell Cellars presents a collaborative wine dinner with The Jamesport Manor Inn on Friday, March 2nd at 7 p.m. The menu, prepared by Executive Chef Michael Mandleur and paired with wines by Winemaker Richard Olsen-Harbich, costs $70 per person and $65 for wine club members. The menu is as follows:

Paired with 2010 Bedell Chardonnay

 

THIRD COURSE

Braised “Bone In” beef short ribs with parsnip puree, roasted cipollini and red wine reduction

Paired with 2010 Bedell Cabernet Franc

 

FOURTH COURSE

Valhrona dark chocolate terrine with crème anglaise and pistachio nuts

Paired with 2010 Bedell Syrah
