Pindar Vineyards is about to start construction on a wind turbine. The groundbreaking ceremony and reception will take place at the vineyards. The 117’ turbine, manufactured by Northern Energy Systems of VT and installed by Green Logic of Long Island, is the fourth and largest in the Town of Southold.
There will be speeches in the field by turbine. A reception will follow in the tasting room.
