Local Artist to Unveil Project on Saturday
The project will be displayed in Greenport's Mitchell Park.

North Fork artist Andrea Cote will be unveiling her project, ”A Port of Views” this Saturday at Mitchell Park.
The sculpture, which was fabricated by Sponsors SFDS Fabrication and Design in Brooklyn and King Displays in NYC and funded through a Creative Individuals Grant from the New York State Council on the Arts, will be installed at the Observation Deck in the park located on 115 Front Street in Greenport.
The event, hosted by the Greenport Business Improvement District, will begin at 5 p.m. with a short Opening Ceremony led by Former Mayor Nyce.

The participating families featured in the project will be in attendance and introduced.
A reception will follow on the deck where the videos will be on view.

Local galleries on the Greenport Gallery Walk, organized by Caroline Waloski and Siren’s Song Gallery, where a series of project-related prints will be shown can be viewed before the event starting at 2 p.m.
