Man Caught Driving Drunk In Mattituck Faces Felony Charge: Police
His vehicle was seized due to a prior DWI conviction, police say.
MATTITUCK, NY — A Laurel man is facing a felony charge after he was caught driving drunk in Mattituck Thursday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Manuel A. Lazaro, 35, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on Old Sound Avenue and charged with aggravated DWI, a felony.
Lazaro was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated; he was arrested, transported to Southold Town police headquarters, processed, and held overnight for arraignment, police said.
