
A well-loved Greenport eatery has embarked upon a new chapter.
Bruce's Cheese Emporium, which opened 39 years ago, will now be called Bruce's Cheese Emporium by Bruce & Son, according to a new sign in the shop's window and the eatery's Facebook page.
Owner Bruce Bollman and his son Scott Bollman, chef at the Cheese Emporium, will continue to team up as partners to offer breakfast and lunch, as well as a wide array of cheeses and artisanal products.
Scott Bollman is also the owner of North Fork Sea Salt.
