The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today on the North Fork.

(Patch Media)

Good morning, North Fork friends and neighbors! Our top story today centers on a proposed affordable housing plan that would bring 24 rental units to Cutchogue. While the town board agreed to explore the proposal further, there were some concerns raised by Supervisor Scott Russell about whether or not local residents would qualify to meet the affordable housing guidelines. We want to hear what you think about this issue. Send your comments to Lisa.Finn@patch.com for a future article on the plan.

Stay warm and safe. Until tomorrow. . .
