Hello, North Fork friends and neighbors! Looking back on last month's event at Hellenic to help Ukraine, it's easy to see why this place we call home is so special. When all was said and done, George Giannaris, chef and owner, said this week that more than $17,000 was raised to help. That's a tremendous amount of love and caring. . .And it shows that even at a time when the world is torn by strife, it's people, with hearts and kindness, that carry us forward.

Also coming up on the North Fork, two cookbook authors will be sharing stories at a book signing in Mattituck. A celebration of the bounty we all are blessed to appreciate here on the East End.
