Police: Man Arrested After Driving Drunk on Icy Road With Marijuana in Car
The arrest was made on Sunday morning.

An East Northport man was arrested on a DWI charge and possession of marijuana in Southold earlier Sunday morning, according to Southold Town Police.
Paul R. Faglione Jr., 23, was seen driving westbound on Route 25 and Horton’s Lane traveling at an unreasonable speed for the ice and slush road conditions and without headlights on, police said

Upon investigation, Faglione had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, slurred speech, blood-shot glassy eyes and was unsteady on his feet, according to police.
Further investigation uncovered marijuana in plain view on the drivers seat, police said.

He was arrested and held overnight for morning arraignment, police said.
