Police: Mattituck Man With Revoked License Found in Car With Heroin
The arrest was made on Monday.

A Mattituck man caught driving with a revoked license was arrested on drug charges in Mattituck on Monday night, according to Southold Town Police.
Thomas Concolino, 38, who was known by the local officer as having a revoked license for a previous DWI and multiple failure to pay fines, was seen behind the wheel of a car that had tinted windows on Deep Hole Drive at about 10:30 p.m., according to police.
Upon investigation and consented search of the car, the officer found hypodermic needles and a metal spoon that contained a light brown substance that tested positive for heroin, police said.

Concolino was arrested for seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while license revoked, police said.
He was held for morning arraignment.

In August, Concolino was arrested on drug charges after he was stopped for driving while using a cell phone and found with heroin, according to police.
He was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, police said.
