Arrest Log: Aggravated DWI, Concentrated Cannabis Possession

Saturday, Dec. 30

At 10:25 p.m., a 23-year-old Huntington Station man was arrested for speeding westbound on Fort Salonga Road and failing to stop at a red signal light. He was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and passing a red traffic signal light.

At 4:29 p.m., a 31-year-old Northport man was arrested for driving with a suspended license on Scudder Avenue. He was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation with three or more suspensions, texting while driving and speeding.

At 2:42 a.m., a 31-year-old Bay Shore man was arrested for possessing concentrated cannabis on Middleville Road. He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, speeding and a tinted window violation.

Tuesday, Jan. 16

At 11:25 a.m., Micah Young, 41, of Northport, was arrested on Jefferson Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and no/expired inspection certificate.

Saturday, Jan. 27

At 12:25 a.m., a 40-year-old Northport man was arrested for being in possession of fireworks on Woodbine Avenue. He was charged with unlawfully dealing with fireworks.

At 3:03 a.m., Theo Miller, 39, of Kings Park, was arrested on Fort Salonga Road and charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving and unlawful possession of marijuana.
