Long Island Adult Ice Hockey Leagues (18 and over)
High School Varsity Ice Hockey Players who want to get more ice time should join our league. With most teams carrying between 13 and 14 skaters, everyone on the roster gets 20 to 30 minutes of ice time per game.
Register with Island Ice Hockey. Weekend or weeknight divisions available.
