Magic Nails Wins Best Nail Salon in Northport

Readers chose as the best salon in Northport in our Wednesday . The salon, located on 710 Fort Salonga Road, received 57 percent of the vote and beat out six other reader-nominated nail salons in the area.
"I didn't expect it," Magic Nails owner June Kim said on Friday. "Yesterday my customer called me and I was so surprised."
Magic Nails offers manicures, pedicures, waxing, massages, facials with specials in luxury mani-pedis and synthetic nail applications including powder and UV gel. In Facebook and on-site recommendations, readers noted the salon, a member of the community for 16 years, for their quality work, affordable prices, and friendly staff.

"I try my best and the number one thing is honesty," said Kim. "We're honest, we don't push anything."
