Accused of Driving Drunk in Nyack

A Rockland County Grand Jury handed down an indictment Dec. 5.

Daniel Finn of Blauvelt was indicted Dec. 5 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crime of Driving While Intoxicated, as a felony.

District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe said the 51-year-old was stopped at 2 a.m. Nov. 11 for various vehicle and traffic violations while driving in the Village of Nyack. The officer observed the defendant to be in an intoxicated condition.

Finn failed various sobriety tests.

He had a previous DWI in the Village of Spring Valley in September 2012.
