Arrest In Auto Dealer's Shooting Death
A 5-day manhunt involved U.S. marshalls as well as Clarkstown police and cops in Pennsylvania.

WEST NYACK, NY — The Clarkstown Police Detective Bureau arrested a 24-year-old from Delaware for the shooting of Youbens Joseph at a used-car lot on Saturday. The gunman fled after shooting Joseph three times in the torso and was tracked down after a five-day manhunt.
The manhunt involved the U.S. Marshalls Service, the NYPD, and state and local police in Pennsylvania.
Eric Hue Ross, Jr., 24, of Wilmington, Delaware, was taken into custody at a residence in Quakertown, PA.

The Clarkstown Detective Bureau, with the assistance of the Clarkstown Police Street Crimes Unit, U.S. Marshall’s Service, Pennsylvania State Police, New York City Police Department Intelligence Bureau and the Quakertown Police Department, apprehended Ross after an exhaustive five-day investigation.
The Clarkstown Police Department will hold a press conference at police headquarters, 20 Maple Ave New City, NY on Thursday November 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM to provide a more detailed explanation of the investigation.

The shooting took place around 3 p.m. at Youbs Auto Sales at 357 Route 59 in West Nyack. The 37-year-old Orange County resident died of his wounds that night.
