CLARKSTOWN REFORMED CHURCH IS SEEKING A PASTOR. POSITION AVAILABLE!
The Historic Clarkstown Reformed Church, West Nyack, NY, approximately 30 miles northwest of New York City, is seeking a Part-Time Pastor who is gifted in leading worship programs of spiritual depth with a Biblical foundation, connecting with diverse groups, providing pastoral care, and helping people to develop and use their spiritual gifts.
We are a family of friends and believers striving to live the Gospel by caring for each other, welcoming strangers, and bringing Good News to the world through faith, prayer and service. We need an energetic, passionate leader who preaches exciting, inspiring sermons and who will collaborate with us to grow our church in faith and number by creating innovative programs to attract and retain members (including young families) and expand outreach, increasing our presence and value in the community and in doing so, develop the position into Full-Time. A spacious parsonage is available on site.

Preferred Qualifications: *Ordained minister of RCA with formal seminary training *Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university *Divinity degree or advanced degree in Biblical studies *Strong leadership and communication skills *A relaxed, approachable style and a loving and caring presence *Gifted to deliver relevant sermons with intellectual depth and wholeheartedly participate in a community accordingly
