Christopher Van Dunk, 18, and Malik Dupree, 19, pleaded guilty to third-degree robbery Nov. 12 and were sentenced before New York State Supreme Court Justice William A. Kelly to a state prison term of 1 to 3 years.
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe said that the two had beaten up their victim, kicking and punching him and breaking his nose, before stealing about $320 and a wedding ring.
