In conjunction with our month-long display of Riverkeeper's traveling exhibit, A Hudson River Journey, this Sunday they will bring us a special screening of Gasland, the award-winning documentary film by Josh Fox that explores the process of hydraulic fracturing used in the extraction of natural gas reserves across the country and its potential effect on our water supply. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Mackenzie Shoonmaker, staff attorney for Riverkeeper's Watershed Team, who works with a range of watershed issues.
