Opening Reception for an exhibit of works in collage and mixed media by Piermont artist Rena Berger. The show will run from April 1-May 6.
Berger has lived in Piermont for many years and has a view of the Hudson River from her studio. The changing water, light, and clouds of the Piermont landscape are always in the back of her mind as she develops the collages from pieces of torn paper, often colored with other media. She is interested in creating a flow of shapes, colors and textures in her images.
