Orangetown – Edward Hopper's Backyard

In conjunction with the Hopper House's 40th anniversary as an art center, the Orangetown Museum at the DePew House will display photographs, artifacts, a family quilt and other items and information that shaped who Edward Hopper was. A screening room will feature the 1912 silent classic "Cleopatra," starring Helen Gardner, a contemporary of Hopper's. Hours: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays and from 1 to 4 p.m. Sundays from May 14 to Dec. 9. Reception: 1-4 p.m. May 14. www.orangetownmuseum.com
