Patch Trivia Night and Discounted Dinner

There are many good reasons for attending Patch Trivia Night at Il Sorriso in Irvington on Sunday, March 6 at 5 p.m. Participants at the previous Patch Trivia Night in Tarrytown can attest to this. First of all the cost of only $19.95 for a three-course dinner is outrageously inexpensive - especially since the food at Il Sorriso is incredible. Second, it's fun and playing trivia is free. Third, there are lots of good prizes and you certainly don't need to reply to all the questions correctly on your answer sheet. Most contestants at the previous dinner didn't knew that Shirley Temple had been considered for the role of Dorothy, played by Judy Garland in the 1939 film "The Wizard of Oz" (Deanna Durbin would have also been a correct entry). Many were stumped when asked for Michael Jackson's middle name (Joseph was the answer). One contestant answered Aaron; this would have been fine if the question had been for Elvis Presley. Try to arrive by 5 p.m. so as not to miss any of the questions. Il Sorriso is located at 5 North Buckhout Street, Irvington. Call 914-591-2525 to make a reservation.
