Aimee Raupp Wellness & Fertility Center in Nyack launches workshop series to help you find optimal health and achieve your desires

The Aimee Raupp Wellness & Fertility Center in Nyack proudly introduces the Your Best Self Series of workshops, a new offering designed to align body, mind and soul and empower the community with the tools to achieve a blissful state of optimal health. Led by nationally-acclaimed health and wellness expert and the Center’s founder, Aimee Raupp, MS, LAc, the monthly workshops focus on an array of topics from improving beauty from the inside out to natural techniques for better sleep to meditation for better health. Upcoming events in the series include:

All workshops will be held from 6:30pm-8:00pm at the Aimee Raupp Wellness & Fertility Center, located at 15 North Broadway in Nyack.
