Vehicle Fire Creates Delays on I-87 this Morning
The road way has been cleared but travel remains slow.

An accident involving two tractor trailers Wednesday morning snarled rush hour traffic on I-87 near Nyack, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The scene has been cleared, but the burned out wreckage created severe backups along the thruway by the I-287 exchange at exits 10 and 11 throughout the morning. The Journal News writes that firefighters had to battle the blaze more than once as it rekindled.
No injuries were reported.
