Croton Man charged with DWI on the Sprain Brook Parkway
Police say they pulled him over after he failed to exercise due care for an emergency vehicle.
At 8:43 p.m. Oct. 27, the New York State Police in Hawthorne arrested Viorel Chirila, age 64, of Croton on Hudson, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop conducted on the Sprain Brook Parkway for failing to exercise due care for an emergency vehicle, Chirila was found to be driving while intoxicated.
Chirila was processed and issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on Nov. 7.
