Exit 4 Food Hall Launching New Delivery, Catering and Take-Out Menus

Since opening in February, the Exit 4 Food Hall continues to broaden its offerings including many new seasonal menu items and the addition of delivery and online ordering. Phase I of the Exit 4 Delivery Program included businesses and catering clients only, but the Phase II launch expands this service to now cover local residential customers. The Exit 4 Food Hall is a unique, “fresh-casual” eatery made up of nine individual stations under one roof.

Delivery menu includes:

● X4 on Tap - Including the best selection of local craft beer and cold-brewed coffee. X4 on Tap also offers a late night eat-in small plates menu.

● Charcuterie 153 - Platters of cured meats and savory cheeses.

● Rawsome Seafood Bar - Joe DiMauro’s Mount Kisco Seafood serves lobster rolls, shrimp rolls, oysters, shrimp, and fish tacos all made with locally sourced products.

● Inno Sushi by James - Classic sushi including sushi burritos and poke bowls.

● Rotiss-A-Q - Rotisserie-cooked meats prepared by former owner of A&S Marketplace John Cioffi including tacos, burritos, bowls, BBQ ribs, and rotisserie chicken.

● Piacci Pasta Bar - Choose from a selection of fresh home-made pasta and sauces. They also offer house-made pasta by the pound and sauces to go.

● Fuoco Wood-Fired Pizza - Serves artisan wood-fired pizzas and brick oven style pies with fresh local ingredients.

● Dirty Roots by Myong - Local chef Myong Feiner puts her special Korean/Asian twist on healthy salads, wraps, sandwiches and panini.

● X4 Small Plates – Includes burgers, appetizers and tapas style small plates.

● Catering menu- A selection of large format items from all stations.

According to Exit 4 owner Isi Albanese, “We think that our delivery services will be a big area of growth for our establishment, and we wanted to make sure we could provide our customers with the level of quality and service that they have become accustomed to. “Most other food halls and restaurants shy away from delivery because it is very complex and difficult to execute well, but we saw that as a challenge and are very proud of the systems we have developed," stated Albanese. “After being open for 6 months and successfully launching delivery for our business and catering clients, we felt the time was right to broaden our delivery services to our local residential customers; and we are very excited for what the future holds.”

Exit 4 which is located at 153 East Main Street, Mt. Kisco, will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm (with kitchen closing at 9pm and bar open with a Late Night Menu until 10pm) and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am to 11pm (with kitchen closing at 10pm and a Late Night Menu until 11pm).
