Heavy rainfall may be possible Thursday into Thursday evening as a cold front approaches, and as a tropical moisture plume streams in from the south between offshore high pressure and Michael, expected to be a tropical storm moving through the Southeast states at that time. Any thunderstorms that develop may also become capable of producing some isolated damaging wind gusts in the afternoon.

Until then, expect the weather to be hot and humid — about 10 degrees higher than usual for this time of year. Some morning drizzle and, of course, the fog. A few breaks in the clouds are possible, particularly during the afternoon hours.
