High Winds, Deep Chill In The Hudson Valley
A wind advisory is in effect Monday as wind gusts up to 50 MPH could cause power outages. There's a chill advisory too.

Unless you are a polar bear, you are not going to want to be outside much this week. Wind chill temperatures could hit below -15 degrees Monday in the Hudson Valley, the National Weather Service said.
A wind advisory is in effect until 7 p.m. Monday. Gusts up 50 mph, with the strongest winds likely in the afternoon, could blow down tree limbs and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected.
The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
