Open your eyes to the value and purpose of the Vedic system of astrology!

Cognized by sages and saints, Vedic astrology and has been used through the millennia by astrologers and yogis, gurus and priests, as a tool to relieve suffering and to offer insight into such subjects as life direction and purpose, marriage, education, family, health, wealth, and spirituality, and other subjects both internal and external.

This workshop will introduce you to the 5,000 year old sacred art and science called Jyotish or Vedic astrology. We will explore a brief history of Jyotish, give an over view of the twelve houses and specifically look at the first house of self and how this describes you. We will all look at the meaning of your rising sign or ascendent and the lunar mansion or nakshatra that your rising sign resides in. During the second hour of the class everyone will have an opportunity to put there chart up in front of the class for an in depth exploration of your particular rising sign and nakshatra. With pre-registration, you will be given a copy of your own birth chart.*Please note: You must pre-register in order to receive a copy of your chart in class!
