
A judge in White Plains told Kathleen Dymes’ lawyer and doctor that she had to appear next week, The Journal News reports.
The absence Tuesday of the woman accused of killing her 6-year-old daughter was put down to ”miscommunication,” her psychiatrist told the judge.
Peter Tilem, Dymes’ attorney, told the paper he expected she would accept a plea deal.

- one count of Criminally Negligent Homicide, a class “E” Felony,
- one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” Misdemeanor,
- one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class “A” Misdemeanor
Her ex-husband Peter Carr found Dymes unconscious and Lacey Carr dead in in Dymes’ father’s house on Easter Sunday 2015. Carr was a first-grader at Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School in Croton-on-Hudson.
