Maryknoll Priests, Brothers Celebrate Jubilees

Jubilee weekend honors 38 Maryknollers who commemorate 25th, 40th, 50th, 60th and 65th anniversaries.

This coming Sunday -- June 26, 2016 -- 38 Maryknollers will commemorate their ordination to the priesthood or Final Oath as a Maryknoll Brother in ceremonies to be held at the Maryknoll Society headquarters in Ossining.

The Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers follow Jesus in serving the poor and others in need in 23 countries that include the U.S. Maryknoll missioners share God’s love and the Gospel in combating poverty, providing healthcare, building communities and promoting human rights.

The names and home dioceses of the Maryknoll jubilarians appear below.

Through the end of August, a special exhibit will honor the jubilarians at the Maryknoll Museum of Living Mission. The museum is located at the Maryknoll Society, 55 Ryder Road in Ossining. Though closed to the public on jubilee weekend (June 25-26), the museum's regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free. Maryknoll gift shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
