DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Periods of rain are expected tonight. Recent heavy rainfall for those areas to the south and east of Albany could be prone to additional water rises on rivers and streams along with urban and poor drainage flooding. Portions of the Catskills, mid Hudson Valley, northwest Connecticut and southern Berkshires are the most susceptible. Stay tuned for further updates from your National Weather Service.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.

"So when you add this rain to the rain from Wednesday evening… and the rains over the last 60 days… we could surely use the chance to dry out," said Alex Marra and Bill Potter from Hudson Valley Weather.
