Ossining Police Make Arrest In Stabbing Case
An 18-year-old Ossining resident is accused of killing Gregory Jackson, 21.

OSSINING, NY — Thursday night the Ossining Police Department announced the arrest of Andrew Knight, an 18-year-old Ossining resident, for his role in the death of Gregory Jackson.
Jackson was stabbed on James Street at about 4:40 p.m. Jan. 28. He died in the hospital Feb. 1.
Knight was located a short time ago in the Bronx and returned to Ossining, said Chief Kevin Sylvester. He has been charged with Murder in the Second Degree and will be held at Police Headquarters pending arraignment. A charge is merely an accusation and a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On Facebook, police officials said the arrest was the result of tireless work over the past 10 days by Lieutenant Giorgio and his staff in the Detective Division (Detective Armstrong, Detective Bracero, Detective Hadjstylianos, and Detective Chavez).
