Pasquerella Qualifies For State Forensic League Tournament
The Ossining native is in her first year at Loyola School.

Hoftra University will host the New York State Grand Championship Tournament for the New York State Forensic League April 6-7 . Loyola School freshman and Ossining native Olivia Pasquerella has qualified for the two-day championship tournament.
Qualifying for the tournament is impressive enough; qualifying as a freshman is rare, said a spokesman for Loyola.
“She is an incredible kid," Pasquerella's Forensics coach Jessica Holden said. "Three-sport athlete, one of the highest averages in the class, nearly qualified for Nationals this year despite being a freshman competing against mainly seniors. Very self-motivated, but humble too.”
