• Man Watched Woman Through Her Bathroom Window In New Castle: Police (newsbreak.com) — An Ossining resident has been charged with six felony counts of unlawful surveillance after New Castle police say they caught him watching a woman through her bathroom window during early-morning hours. Investigators believe he acted alone and see no broader public threat, but the case remains open and additional charges are possible as he returns to court in November.
