Police Say Peeping Tom Posted Internet Photos

New York State Police allege a Hudson man took nude photos of a woman from outside her home and shared them online.

In August 2014, a Germantown NY woman found out from an acquaintance who had seen them that there were nude photos of her displayed on the internet.

She called the police and told them they had been taken without her consent—or knowledge.

After a 4-month investigation, the state police Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Thomas G. Bagnall, of Hudson, NY. They charged him Dec. 30 with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a felony.

Police alleged that Bagnall, 27, had taken the photos from outside her home that were were subsequently posted online.

Bagnall was arraigned before the Town of Livingston Court and sent to Columbia County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
