Registration Open for Fight Camp and Camp Caca at the Croton Academy of Arts

Fight Camp - Grades 7 - 12

FIGHT CAMP! will focus on different aspects of stage and screen combat allotting time to give campers’ an understanding of the evolution of stage combat, a basic education in stage combat tenants and unarmed techniques such as slaps, falls, knaps and break-aways. In addition, campers will have an education in swordplay and weaponry so that they are able to understand the anatomy of a sword and learn assigned choreography. Each week of camp will culminate in a final performance where campers will demonstrate techniques they’ve learned.

Camp caca - Ages 10 - 17

Camp caca is a unique summer program where teens explore a variety of acting techniques, comedy improv, and writing -- comedy, scenes, plays, digital shorts and monologues.

It’s a great way to develop hidden talents and build confidence in a fun, supportive, atmosphere. Each week culminates in a show of original material, written and performed by the students.
