Service for Catherine Lanni

Catherine Lanni of Cocoa Beach, FL. (formerly of Ossining) died May 28, 2016. 

She was born in Ossining in 1930 to Salvatore & Josephine (Milazzo Dolcimascolo) Nuara. Catherine graduated from Ossining High School in 1948. She married George Lanni in 1953. 

She was a communicant of St. Ann’s Church, Ossining and Our Savior’s Church in Florida. 

Catherine worked for Reader’s Digest before retiring in 1989. 

She is survived by her husband Geroge, son Anthony & wife Angela and grandson Michael Lanni of NY, daughter Diane Capuozzo & son-in-law David of N. Carolina, granddaughter Sheri Green & husband Major Brian Green of USMC, and great-granddaughters Evlin and Gwynevere Green of CA, sister-in-law Mary Lanni of FL and several nieces and nephews. Catherine was pre-deceased by her brothers Cosimo, Michael, Thomas and sister Angelina. 

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday June 1st at St. Ann’s Church, burial St. Augustine’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Juvenile Diabetes Association or your favorite charity.
