Service for Mary Alice Kolb

Mary Alice Kolb of Ossining, NY, formerly of Corona, Queens, NY, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. She was 78 years old.

Mary was born on September 21, 1936 to the late Daniel and Mary (Gruelich) Koonmen in Corona, NY. She worked and retired as a teacher for the New York City Board of Education.

She is survived by her beloved children, Larry Kolb and his wife Barbara and John J. Kolb and his wife Lucy; caring brother, Daniel John Koonmen and his wife Rose and her adoring grandchildren, Kristen, Daniel, Kimberly and Brian Kolb.

EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY is handling arrangements. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Friday August 14th at St. Augustine Church in Ossining, NY. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery also in Ossining, NY.
