"Speak Out" with Assemblywoman Sandy Galef Shines a Spotlight on the League of Women Voters of Westchester

Assemblywoman Galef talks with Dr. Janet Zagoria and Marianna Stout about the League of Women Voters

Assemblywoman Sandy Galef speaks with Dr. Janet Zagoria, the Chairwoman of the County Government Committee of the League of Women Voters of Westchester, and Marianna Stout, the Second Vice President of the League of Women Voters of Westchester on her TV program “Speak Out.”

The three discuss the activities of the League of Women Voters, which is a non-partisan group of individuals who study political ideas from various points of view. The League of Women Voters operates throughout the United States at local, county, state, and national levels, and seeks to help voters be informed about the issues at the forefront of politics through discussion and through publishing information for public consumption, both on the internet and in printed form.

“It was wonderful to catch up with the recent activities of the League of Women Voters,” said Galef. “I hope that my viewers are inspired to get involved in discussing topics that are important to them and their neighbors.”
