This threat comes after a knife-wielding clown chased a teen in Lakeview on Wednesday afternoon. In Suffolk County last week, police received reports regarding a person dressed as a clown in North Babylon and a group of people dressed as clowns jumping in front of cars in Brentwood. Various clown-related social media accounts have also made threats toward schools in the area.
