Arrest Report: Stolen Property, Criminal Contempt

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Patchogue

Richard Iorio, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.

Kevin Bartholomew, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with petit larceny.

Charles Stephens, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with harassment in the second degree.

Antoinetta Rubino, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with petit larceny.

Errol Allen, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree.

Jodie Jaquin, of Syracuse, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Lawrence Gamble, of Sayville, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the third degree involving narcotic drugs and the intention to sell them.

Jose Oscar Garcia, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated as a first offense.

Aida Delgado, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 13 and charged with menacing in the third degree.

Charles Spinale, of Holbrook, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 13 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree involving the telephone.

Michael Fiscolare, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 13 and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh degree.

East Patchogue

Louis Datena, of Oakdale, was arrested in East Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree.

North Patchogue

Andrew Mclaurin, of North Bellport, was arrested in North Patchogue on Jan. 12 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Medford

Rachel Marshall, of Holbrook, was arrested in Medford on Jan. 12 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

[Name Removed], of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Jan. 13 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.

Matthew Lippl, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Jan. 13 and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree involving property valued over $1,000.
