Medford's Karen Noel-Best raised two hands to ask the first question during a forum discussion on Good Morning America recently with Robin Roberts and Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg.

The forum was about getting women into taking on more key leadership positions.

Noel-Best told Patch that she also received advice off-camera from both personalities. Her children, Nandra, 16, and Krissy, 13, also got to meet both celebrities.
