Photos: Patchogue Arts Council Gets New 'sPACe'

The council held a wine and cheese fundraiser in their new Artspace location.

The Patchogue Arts Council (PAC) recently moved into the former location of within , which they have named sPACe.

PAC held their first event within the location on Thursday; a wine and cheese fundraiser attended by around 60 people.

"We have really planned on using it primarily as an exhibition place with other things," said John Cino, the first vice president of the organization.

PAC's first exhibition in the new place is a member juried show starting this Sunday.

Walls of the space currently display a timeline of the organization thus far, going back to 2008. Cino said that the council now has around 400 members.
