Patchogue Beach Club Re-Opening Saturday

Pool opens after closing from Tropical Storm Irene.

The Patchogue Beach Club will re-open this weekend after closing last Saturday for Tropical Storm Irene.

Patchogue Village’s facebook page announced that their hours will be Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday 12 p.m.-5 p.m and Monday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

William Hilton, village trustee and commissioner of the department of parks and recreation, said that the department has been working to prepare the pool despite the flooding of the pump room and debris that deposited itself on the beach.
