Patchogue Man Charged With DWI After Crashing Car: State Police
The incident was reported the past weekend.
EASTPORT, NY - A Patchogue man was charged with drunken driving after crashing his car in Eastport this past weekend, according to State Police.
The single-car crash was reported on Sunday at 2:23 a.m. James E. Sutton, 55, reportedly crashed his car near State Route 27 and County Road 111, police said.
After officers arrived, he submitted to a blood test and was charged with DWI.
